PayPal - Can't Confirm Bank Account

Hey all,

Had two deposits sent to my bank. I go to PayPal and click on "Confirm Bank Account" and nothing happens when I click on it. It won't take me to the page to enter the two deposit amounts and confirm bank account. Anyone else experience this? I've changed browsers, hasn't worked.
