Indian paypal [Help please]
 

Well I had started my first paypal (individual) which is an Indian one in 2013 and I had received around 5500$ in total over the course of 7 years and all the cash I've recieved are from clients who purchase my Instagram shoutouts.

And in February 2020,my paypal got permanently limited saying that
We noticed activity in your account that's inconsistent with our User Agreement and therefore can no longer offer you PayPal services

I started a new account using my sister's account info and using her phone in May 10th 2020, and I received around 1050$ till Aug 23rd 2020 from the clients in Instagram.
Yesterday,I got a mail saying that they've permanently limited this second account too in the span of 4 months!

Idk what's going on tbh,I had 0 chargeback/disputes.
How/why did this happen and how can I prevent/be better next time?

Also few additional doubts I have:
1.Creating a business account is better than individual?
2.Since Indian paypals don't allow Friends & family option, my clients send me cash through goods and services directly, so next time should I create an invoice for each client?
3. What are other good alternatives for an Indian user to accept international payments: Skrill,Stripe,Payoneer etc?

make a business account and make sure your client send legitimate money that why paypal ban some time and you can use payoneer it best option also, stripe do no allow internatinal card without business acount and skrill sucks and other best alternate is bitcoin you can take even black money on bitcoin without issue

Business account has better chances of not getting limited?
Plus Do I have to create invoice for each payment I receive after creating a business account or just let the clients send me money using the goods and services option?

Worth keeping cookies in place for each account in the specific user account profile on the computer though

Business accounts doesn't necessarily have better chances of not getting limited - you can have more money coming in because of the business identification but a lot depends on what you sell, how quickly you are selling, how news the account is, and similar operating concepts.
