Which message are you getting? The contact via phone number on file?

I have three accounts on firefox that I have to go through captcha, then a check the box or sliding puzzle, then it fails and then I can sign in. Just firefox. Im sure the newest update has some cookie blocking feature and I have been too lazy or just dont care enough to investigate.

Point being, sometimes another browser solves such issues.
