Help containing PayPal

Does anyone know how I can contact PayPal and get hold of an actual rep who can help me do one thing .
I’ve been trying for weeks now but keep getting bots on the phone and on Twitter they keep saying they will forward me to a specialist but I never get a reply. And they do not reply to emails .

Has anyone had any recent success in contacting them ?
I’m in the UK btw

Need to change the bank account on a limited account so I can withdraw my money . The 180 days has passed and my money is available just need to add a new bank .

Go back to tweeting at their help / support on twitter. Works like charm. Just make sure you move the conversation from DM back to public tweets when they begin taking you in circles.

Are you sure about that .
2 years of messaging them on twitter for different things and not once have They been able to solve a simple problem . I always had to just call in to fix it . But that’s not available now .
