Having money in a stealth buyers paypal account cause a limit from a refund?
 

okay guys I tried buying this watch on ebay for usd $2000 with a bank gift card..... seller says watch isn't in stock... so he is going to refund my money..... but the thing is if I receive that money in my stealth account... will that trigger a limitation... can I get that money back on my card or no?

If you purchased it with the card then it should go back on the card. I am not sure on that but im 50% sure lol!

if you paid with the card (debit/credit) the refund will credit back to your card.
if you paid with bank account (e-check) the funds will be back your paypal balance you need withdraw for get back your money. In some case you not to luck withdraw money and paypal limit you need wait 180 days for access this funds.

im sure a refund goes straight to the source it came from..

i.e if its your card then itll go right back onto the card
