How to get into Managed Payments (PayPal is Suspended)

Does anyone know how I can get into managed payments?

My PayPal got suspended and they won't even talk to me now.

I have so much merchandise and I sell it on a couple of different sites, but it's nothing compared to eBay.

My eBay account is in good standing and 100% positive

The ONLY way in at the moment is to receive an invite.
Those are sent out to heavy sellers at the moment.
