Anyone else noticed this recently?
 

Is it Covid-related due to lack of manpower or something? But usually I'd get a stealth account bumped up to established seller status and lose the 21 day hold on funds after a few months....But I've noticed that I have several accounts that I keep below $500 a month just to wait until I lose that 21 days hold, and it's been almost a year on some of them......

It's usually the bots that do this.
I did have some accounts that keep having the 21 day hold for a very long time, dropped off, then months later they slapped it back on for no reason.

Did you do anything different in terms of creation or activity?

Will I trigger review of my account if I accept too many friends and family payments, how much mkney per week is safe to accept. also I heard that PayPal checks Mac address so should I use virtual machine?

It's most definitely the bots.

I have accounts that still hold out of nowhere and others where I can easily receive a £1500+ payment with no hold.

As far as I know, they were created the same as all of my others, now that I have my system down. And the sales activity I keep to $500 per month on every account that has that 21 day hold.
