Unble to make gmail account to make new paypal as they ask sms verification?

Any alternative? Can't keep on buying news sims as I am creating nearly 5/7 account per week

Please suggest something

after you opened a verifed gmail account then add new gmail account in same browser.

it's limited to open a new gmail account per each phone number

If you reach the limit, you need a new phone number.

Maybe go with a different free email provider...? plenty of them out there.
