Shortly after getting this request means something is tripping a flag on setup of the account.

What kind of IP did you use?

Re: paypal sole proprietor

hi, thanks for the reply
i used a residential proxy from ip burger as they recommended that for the first month.
i also used a new computer new hotspot device, new account user, new bank, new paypal, new ein

all i can think about is that when i setup my ip burger they said location is not important, rather they look at how often the ISP changes, for example i have at&t and they said its better to use the isp feature over location which contradicts the whole being within 50 km of the address, i emailed back and forth before i set up my account and they assured me that was the best way and works better then city and state :ranger:

i made sure i read the book 4 times before i even acted bc im not working with a crazy captial so i had to calculate every single move.

Re: paypal sole proprietor

you don't need residential IP to use the account, just to create the account.

if you're having issues after creating new account, just buy one.

just open a new windows user, new firefox/chrome portable, get new IP and buy an account.

Re: paypal sole proprietor

Ditch the account. Start over and make a simple non business account.
You can switch it over to business later if you need/want to.

Why would you add a EIN on a freshly made account?

IMO it's best to add it just before the 60th day or just before you hit $1000 in sales in a 30 day period.

My guess is you added the EIN incorrectly for a Stealth acct

Do no use dynamic IP when for PayPal. You have a hotspot, why do you still need a separate residential ip address? The hotspot is your best IP address solution among other else.

Hey thanks for getting back, i was only using it to create the account and planned on switching to a fresh ip after a few sales, i also only did the paypal part and not ebay yet, thats when i stopped. looking into buying an account from stealth acc.

thanks for the feedback, i only created the PP, i used a fresh Ein and my buddy agreed to use his name for the PP and ebey acc so i signed up with my ein and his name, now i asked him if i could use his info to verify. he said yes, i haven't given them anything else yet.
should i still ditch the account?
Taxes should go under the ein as i plan to pay them and keep the account and my buddys name in good standing correct?

Thanks for your reply
I read that a hotspot devices IP would likely be recyled and you dont know where its coming from so its better to create the acoount with a residential proxy then later change to fresh ip.

also was told to use an ISP sticky IPs with a session time of 30 minutes over location. thats why i choose to go the IP burger route

Hey, thank you for your reply and feedback. hmm i may have jumped the gun on creating the business account before a personal one

where could i have made the mistake? when i signed up i clicked business, and filed under proprietor. could it be that i created the EIN under my name and since i put my buddies on file with PP ?
when they asked for SS i put the last 4 of the EIn of the business,
For the address i rented a UPS mal box with a street address too and put that for the PP address, is that where i messed up?

Oh no. You are misinformed sir.
Having the DSL, mobile Internet, HOtspots are the most reliable and your best choice for your IP address solution.
It is 1000% better than any VPN or residential Proxies Providers. I myself is using a residential proxy provider, but i will always recommend the NATURAL/REAL IP address solution if available.
Also, it is true the hotpots or ISP IPs are being recycled. How much more with these VPN providers?
All of the VPN providers are recycling their IPs without you knowing about it. There's no such thing as Virgin/fresh IPs in 2020. IPV4 is very limited now, so these IPV4 IPs are being recycled over and over again.
To add, having the 30 minutes sticky IP session is not good at all in my experience. I have been locked with my stealth accounts due to UNUSUAL Activity. No one will ever restart their modems every 30 minutes normally. You always need to be just like a NORMAL user. Even if you restarted your internet modem or data, it is not guaranteed that you always get a new IP, but they are oly on the same subnets.
I can link you some reliable sources to support on this.
Hope this helps.

Agent, stop saying these things as it's not true.

They aren't REQUIRING SSN nor Photo ID.

It's true that most providers aren't trustworthy, that is why we recommend IPburger as provider.
What you experienced or think are not usually what is happening and why you are having trouble.
