US paypal account for purchases
 

i never thought it would be this hard to try and SPEND money with paypal!!

I've recently started dealing with a US companies and most only accept US issued cards or they take Paypal. For some unknown reason your paypal has to be US based/have a US billing address.

I've contacted a few sellers of us pp on here and all have said that you can't spend the balance on it. I was intending on sending money into the new us pp from my transferwise usd acc or send money from my uk pp to it. But if i can't spend the balance then no point.

I've then asked the suppliers of vcc on the forum and most can't supply a reloadble card or the amount i'm after or can't supply me a us issued vcc.

I've looked at getting my own reloadble vcc from the us but most require your ssn now.

I've looked at visa/mastercard giftcards from Amazon/giftcards.com/vanilla but it's like playing russian roulette! You don't know if pp will accept the card number firstly, secondly looking at the horror reviews on amazon for these cards (cards empty/not activated/not working & no help from amz) beggars belief that amz would still sell them!

Any ideas on how i can make this work?

I was just trying to help.

I didn't even mention from where did I buy my account, so I wasn't making an ad for any seller.

and instead of helping him, they just remove my post.

Simple answer to your question, US PayPal will not work for you. You can only withdraw funds to a US bank account or sign up for PayPal cash account. Both options require you to have a SSN. It's been like this in the US for over a year now as people from all over the world have been abusing them, so they closed every loophole to ensure American citizens are using US PayPal accounts and nobody else.
The only option for you is to use a bitcoin exchange for PayPal money, but prepare to pay a hefty fee. You'll need to sell high margin products to make this feasible.
