not so newbie questions
 

I wish to establish a stealth paypal account for small payments from customers. So I have newbie questions about stealth account creation, tbh I didnt read official aspkin guide but I suppose I already know almost everything I need. I hope its OK :d

Is there any serious reason I have to use business account vs. personal account? Some say its easier to create a business account and paypal has higher limits on them, I dont see other reasons to use it exclusively.

How should I verify my account? Is getting VCC without a bank account enough for PP? What about VBA? DO Sellers here offer VCCs to my own name? The reason I ask is I dont want get limitted/banned too quickly. How long do your completely UNverified accounts stay alive?

Can I use virtual phone provider for sms receiving AND routing my internet traffic to PP?
If not I should use Residential IP provider right?

You would verify the account with a bank account. Sellers here do offer VCCs that work on pp.

Are you in the USA? Better options exist than virtual phone provider if so
