I guess thats USA law, mandatory maybe.
Its same with EU, sometimes they ask for stuff.
I just move to new account.

Why did you change your account from individual to business if i can ask?
There is any sales limits on individual or something ?

I just running individual account and wonder if PayPal will ask me to change it to business one day.
