Paypal keeps holding money
Some weeks ago I started to sell again and the first thing it happend paypal hold my money for 21 days, I get it, then I thought it was because it was my US paypal account and I was selling after months, so I decided to use my paypal account of my own country and it was ok because the funds was available tight away then I made two sales more with that account and then I saw my withdrawal will be available after 72 hours, this was suspicious then few days later I made another sale and this time I saw the money will be available after the item will be delivered, then I made another sale with the US paypal and again the money will be on hold for 21 days. For the record my first sale is delivered, is there anything I can do to speed up these paypal releases?

Add a valid track number and funds will be no hold 1 day after item confirm delivery or if virtual item mark as complete and tell your customer to to do delivery confirm from customer paypal side |

if you sell to quick without providing tracking, paypal could aslo start asking more documents and also tracking, so if your selling digital, watch out, or ask your sellers to give you feedback and mark the sale in paypal as complete to not raise much suspeciion from pp side.

what is the big rush,you are getting your money ,be patient.
Link a credit card if you have not done so
sellers often do not realise it takes time to colllect your payment,if you can withdraw same day,Paypal is actually advancing the money to you Quote:

But due to number of people out of work and cov19,Paypal has tightened its rules,you just have to expect that.

You should manage your finance better,not to over extend yourself
your flag said Mexico,buy you have both local and US paypal accounts.
No one but Paypal knows all the rules,you just have to be patient, |

All accounts are subject to 21 day holds when they get started selling OR when they renew their selling activity after taking a break for a few months. Usually if youre getting started again after a break those holds will be taken off your account a lot faster than the first time around.
Be patient. Those will be gone soon enough. |

I didn't upload tracking for two sales because the post office doesn't provide a valid tracking number for the countries items were sent and in one of them the it was few hours after the shipping timeframe. You know if I upload the tracking number on ebay then the buyer starts to claim about the tracking details in its official website. The matter here is I have these paypal accounts for years and it happend to me in the past but not very often, that is my main concern. For the record few months ago i usually have my money available right away. do you think it has something to do with making purchasing to aliexpress sellers with this paypal balance, because I sent some money to these chinese paypal accounts to pay for some stuff. |

| it doesn't always work that way., but yes essentially the best way is to ship FAST and provide tracking the same day, once it shows delivered or customer leaves feedback the funds USUALLY get released |

you should always go slow and add a tracking number to EVERY sold product BEFORE listing a new product |

| Might want to consider separate separate pp accounts for buying and selling for your dropship operation...if possible as well |

You know, what bothers me here is paypal can do anything they want to whenever they want to, so I need to be very careful of being working only for the benefit of them. I am shipping to several countries not only the US. Regarding the matter of separate accounts, I would have to have one more paypal account, and as far as I know I can have no more than two accounts. On the other hand I am starting to think it has something to do with some problem I have with a bank account so contacted paypal weeks ago but nobody replied something usueful, I callled paypal and nobody answered the phone, therefore paypal had to contact me, then when they called me, the paypal representative told me my account will be under review because he couldn't solve the problem, therefore I think is part of the price I have to pay just for calling paypal and asking for something, it is a big reason why I never like to do that. |

Story of my life. Cash flow has always been our biggest problem. For instance we have to pay for all raw material up front, I pay my employees after they assemble the product, then wait more time to get my money. It makes it tough but if you keep your account in good standing you won't have limits. Quote:

As a matter of fact the customers are not complaining but what bothers me is the payment is still on hold from my US paypal account, nevertheless the item has been delivered, do i have to wait the 21 days?. And for my local paypal account it said I will receive the funds released after one week of shipping confirmation, you know it was shipped a week ago with tracking information and there is not sign of my money. I hope there is anyone with a useful advice. |
