problem with uk paypal account

I had a problem when opening a UK Paypal account, as after opening the account, I linked it to a virtual credit card, and immediately after that my account was suspended and they asked me to confirm my identity, i.e. they asked me to present an ID card or passport
Please help me solve this problem

What kind of vcc? From a seller here?

Really, this is the reason I bought the VCC outside of the aspkin forum i.e. I bought it from an ebay seller

Can't vouch for sellers outside of this website - the marketplace here has decent sellers (in general - there have been some evildoers of course, sadly)

Vcc appears to be blacklisted. Try another one.
