Paypal with no hold
 

Is there a way to create account without the 21 hold thing?
I am really struggling with this currently. I need a way to go around this. Willing to pay if needed.

Yes, there are certain countries in the EU which allow you to create accounts without 21 day hold. But they have to be perfectly verified, including with a real bank account from that country. And as far as I know, the UK is not part of it. And I cannot tell you, which countries do that, you have to test and figure it out by yourself. A hint though, they usually ask you to add a tracking ID to get the funds release. However, if you get really "lucky" with your data you entered in Paypal, there is no hold at all.

And a much easier approach: Just "warm up" your account by yourself.

If you don’t want the funds to stay for 21 days, the best way is to fill in the shipping note number. Filling in the USPS shipping note number will have a better effect. I hope it can help you.
