Paypal Debit-CC registration problem
 

To begin, I have a fresh checking/Debit-CC with a different bank. I'm in the process of signing up for my NEW Paypal. I know that Paypal cannot see the name on the account holder. I have entered my checking routing# etc.. and am waiting for the 2 day period for when Paypal makes the deposit then I call and confirm.:sleepy:
Okay, now I am at the part with the Debit-CC. It says at the middle-bottom of the page that the mailing address must match that of the card holder, well it doesn't. It has my PO Box address, but with the street address, not the PO#. Also, since I have entered all of my friends information and the time of registration, and ALL match with Paypal & Ebay, it has the card holders name as his, but of course the card has my name on it.

Should I go ahead and enter the card #? Does it matter if Paypals Debit-CC registration has his name, even though my name is printed on the card, kind of like I could place any name in for the bank because they can't see it anyway? Does all of this work the same way?:noidea:

It depends on the card issuer. Most cards will work as long as the zip code on the stealth account and the zip code registered on the card are the same.

Thanks for your input! Yes the zip in the Bay/Pal and the card will match! They are also both set up as business accounts, so I'm for the most part guarenteed to be limited. When that time comes the SSN will match the name on all accounts. What are your thoughts on this? Good....not so good?

^^^^Better than good. It is excellent. Matching SSN & name is an extra point in proving you are who you are ;)
