Of course they will try to charge your account if you accept a direct debit mandate and sign for autopayment with it. You never want to accept a direct debit mandate so they will not try to charge you from the bank |

I didn't allow debit autopayment from this account. Not at all. I made sure I'm not paying from this account. I run multiple balances, and once there's a dispute and the balance goes to the red, they first try to charge the connected bank, before trying to convert money from balances in other currencies.
It happened to me in 2 different accounts! |

I don't know you specify IT IS paypal, paypal has changed the fee about 2-3 months ago
just checked on IT paypal, according the paypal website:
