Paypal is US based,so linking a US bank account to your non US Paypal account is not an issue.
Do you have US dollars in your non US Paypal account or are you asking Paypal to convert y our local currency into US dollars,if so,fees applied

Open up an appropriate currency wallet in PP if you can

Just simply add USD currency and add USD credit card. Now you can withdraw USD you your card with out any exchange

I am talking about OP question. I have few EU paypals, but I receiving money mostly in USD so I just added USD currency card for withdraw and thats all. You dont need any bank for USD withdraw only card. And just withdraw to your USD card not bank

Will Paypal automatically exchange USD to GBP if you transfer to the debit card? Their exchange fees are mad.
