Will PayPal suspend for having two personal PayPal?
 

As I know it is forbidden to have 2 personal PayPal. No matter that I have 2 residence, it is also forbidden. PayPal says: "close your old and open new".
But did PayPal track it? If I have 2 residence I can fill different data. The only data that will be same is name and surname and birthdate. I can also use clean IP (not VPN) of both country.
So the question is, do PayPal tracks using combination of name, surname and birthdate?
I think, it is very uniquely combination. Just surname and name is unique (maybe not always but very frequently).

Have someone experience on that?


UPDATE
Huh, just checked registration form. I found birthdate in registration form only on US site. On Denmark and other EU sites birthdate field is not present. But maybe they will ask it later.
