I was using movo cash but seem like they blocked everyone and stopped their business.

Anyone know where can I get vcc with ONLY my SSN??

Have you looked at actual US banks? Some issue vccs when you have accounts with them since you have your own true SSN

I don't want my real bank real money be connected to the VCC. is there other way like movo cash all I need is ssn and they open up a vcc for free last time

MOVOCASH stopped accepting new registrations as they are all coming from stealth makers. They blatantly exploit it and sell it to marketplaces.
