Payment tracking issue
 

Sold an item days ago, but I uploaded the tracking number on ebay and paypal, nevertheless I can see i can not track it on ebay, I think it should be the same on paypal, nevertheless I can do it on websites like 17track, the matter is my payment is on hold and according to paypal the money will be released one day after the delivery, they don't mention anything about the 21 days hold. I tried to call paypal but they don't answer the phone, by the way this paypal account is more than 10 years old account. For my last sales the funds were available right away.

shipping from Mexico to USA?USPS?
Paypal and Ebay tracks on USPS site,not MEXICO POSTALsite,it could take days after delivery for tracking to show up on USPS site,sometimes never.
Did you ship Mexico EMS?

As a matter of fact I'm talking to another destination than the US, The package is traceable at destinatiopn post office website but not in ebay and it should be the same on paypal, that's for sure, there is almost no help from paypal customer service, because the don't answer the phone. I'm not talking about shipping to the US by using USPS, speaking of which, I also have my money stuck on my other paypal account waiting the release, in spite of the item was delivered by usps more than three days ago.
This item is traceable on paypal. For the record it is a very old paypal account and by the way, my solution is to stop listing items because I won't pay fees to receive no money.

You cant ship USPS if you are in Mexico,unless you cross the border and come to US.
Here is something maybe of use to you-
There is an outfit in Brownville,Tx,many Mexican AMZN prime buyers will buy on AMZN and have it shipped free to Brownville,Tx.
Then for a fee and customs duty of 13% plus local (mexico shipping) fee,they will drive across the bridge into Mexico ,clear customs and turn the packages to a local Mexican carrier to be delivered to the buyer.
I have used them once to ship an item to a Mexican buyer.
May be you can do it in reverse,ship to Bronwville,Tx and ask them to ship to your US customer.
Would that be better for you,as you could state your item location is in TX,not Mexico and your buyer will pay USPS shipping and get USPS tracking

Maybe I was not clear here but an item was delivered to the US by USPS,
it is near a week sice that happend, but the money is still on hold
in paypal account. It looks interesting the advice to ship to TX, nevertheless
it means I have to spend more money, so I don't like that, on the other hand
that advice doesn't look useful for the shipping to other country that is not the
US. So far I have no found any useful advice for my current issues of the money
stuck in my paypal accounts, I mean it is a more expensive alternative
for the shipping to the US.
