Upload already delivered tracking number?!
 

Hi,

I have a UPS tracking number of an already delivered shipment and i plan to add that tracking number to a PayPal transaction so the money will be released after 3 days.

1. Does PayPal accepts tracking numbers of already delivered shipments?

2. And will PayPal recognize that the tracking number i added does not match to the transaction?

You would really help me :)

how does Paypal know if it has been delivered if you have not added the tracking?
what do you mean tracking does not match the trasaction?
if it does not,why are you adding it to THAT transaction?

I assume he wants to get the money before 21 days


and no it has to match the ZIP code of delivery OP

1. Very easy for them to check if complaint is done.

2. Again - also very easy to check and cause you issues.

Hi,
1 PayPal transaction is on hold for 21 days and i know that if i add a tracking number which shows that the shipment is delivered that PayPal will release the transaction in 3 days instead of 21 days. The problem is that the tracking number i plan to add is a shipment to another city with different zip code.

So question 1 is if PayPal will release the transaction if i add a tracking number which is already in the status of "delivered"?

And question 2 is if Paypal manually checks if the zip code in the transaction matches to the zip code in the tracking number?

Btw this not for a dispute or a case i only want to get the money before the 21 days by adding a tracking number of a shipment which shows the status of "delivered"

are they manually checking the tracking number or does the system scans the tracking number and releases the funds before 21 days?

Paypal bot does the tracking,it goes to the carrier website,plug in your tracking number and interpret the results.
if you provide a tracking number which belongs to another transaction to a different zipcode,how do you expect a positive result?
