Fulfilling Paypal with Visa gift card or Onevanilla
 

Hello.

I'm wondering if anybody knows, is there a way to fulfil Paypal balance with prepaid Visa debit/credit card, Visa gift card or Onevanilla cards.

Closest solution I could find was sending an invoice to myself and paying without the paypal account, but I'm not getting that option to do so. (Maybe country restricted). Would like to know more about this also, if this method is country restricted, If i need to have both my accounts registered from Paypal USA/Canada.

invoices are restricted to business and premier only paypals now afaik you cant send one as a personal account holder.


even then paypal doesnt like giftcards anymore and wont process the payments.
