Pay Pal has limited my account and is asking for invoices
 

Hi all,

Pay Pal has limited my account and is asking for invoices. This month I have sold too many items and I don't know what to do. I can't give them the china supplier invoices. I need to have invoices by the 8th which means in two days they have to be submitted.

I also don't know which and how many invoices they need. They did not specify but they just have a box to add attachments.

Please help, I am freaking out

Your ONLY option is to give them what theyre asking for or the account is lost.
Get 'creative' if you must or find someone else who can get this job done for you. And if youre not sure what theyre asking for contact them by phone and ask.
Noone is going to solve this for you. It is to you and you alone to resolve this.

If you have repeated single SKU/UPC sold during this month, I suggest you to create invoice for it where many quantities are shown. If that's not sufficient, they'll inform you with more details what they want. It may happen your invoice reach a lazy agent, who's gonna review it briefly and release the account. Otherwise, you should expect a detailed response from PayPal. But remain silence is the worst in your case. You or someone who's you gonna hire has to be "creative".

Personally I'd say, just go to an invoice creator online, and do it, whatever you're selling find a company that sells it, add their logo and you can add whatever price and quantity you purchased you want into an invoice template

it is impossible that they are due in 2 days. paypal always gives 45 days to submit documents.

I always use international invoices China, Africa, Thailand, UAE. I think it is easiert to explain why the items are cheaper. it is fine as long you do not ship from there

Thank you for your answer. They did let me know a month ago and now I am near the deadline because I cannot find a good solution. Now I found out about this forum and I am learning much more. The thing about international invoices is that from what i've heard everyone suggests not to give them china invoices especially if the products are not au-then-tic. So I have to create invoices or contact someone to create them for me. If you know anyone it would help me so much

Who said to you that china invoices are not good?
I have been using them for paypal invoices if they're asking for it.
I have a lot of invoices if you want to see the samples I used for paypal verification.

for branded items i just find a random store anywhere in the world and make a invoice from them. if there are not many cases i get the paypal always back. i think i faild 3-5 paypals this year but they had a lot of cases. 15 or so resotred sucssesfully

Oh wow, that made me feel a little better! Where do you make the templates? And you really just choose any store that is not popular and say you bought the branded item there? And thank you so much for helping and replying, I appreciate it so much!!

yes that's what i do. i made the templates (i just took good loking invoices)
they do not know how those inoivces look from the store so if it looks more or less legit and the store exist it should be fine

I always use chinese invoices. It works everytime.
I can post here some samples, but i don't know if it's allowed.

Got it! Also, I've sold one branded product about 20 times, then another branded product 10 times this month. Should I make 2 different receipts and in each receipt add the branded product and say I bought 20 pieces or..?

Branded items...realize that if PP deems this as high risk, there is a chance that even after submitting invoices, PP may decide not to reinstate you - sorry to keep it real but just fyi...PP has done this before

for me it worked every time. today i got a paypal back with 60 chargebacks. very weird

Some very helpful tips here all of which will work if executed correctly.

Creativity is the only way here if you don't have the original invoices in hand.
