how can i withdraw from paypal to payonner?
 

recently i have setup the eBay account with my cousin who is living in USA.
Now he say's won't able to do this business because he's getting funds from the Govt for the Studies.

I really dont want to quit the business any suggestion what can i do ? to avoid this problem he is going to face.

I am withdrawing all PayPal money to his Bank account.
PayPal has no SSN added nor eBay.

Should i attach Payoneer bank for withdrawing money or what can i do?
need suggestions.

You are going to hit the SSN issue at some point

You could open a .uk or a .de account and list direct onto the US .com site (I do)

Paypal to Payoneer appears not to be doable

Look for a trading partner possibly?

Payoneer are known for being problematic at best.
You can still give it a try though. Couldn't hurt at this point.
