Creating paypal account under family members name
 

I want to create a paypal under a family members information which I want to use for receiving and sending money of course with their permission. (Not For Ebay). I can use their credit card to confirm the account but for the bank account confirmation can I use my own savings accounts to confirm the account? I want to do this because I want to send/receive money from my own personal savings account, will this flag or cause any problems using my own personal savings account to send/receive money while all other information is not in my name, just the savings account will be linked under my name everything else like the credit card, personal info will be the family members name?

Just want to confirm if that will be fine, hopefully, that makes sense. Thanks

Many banks will allow for deposits in different names so that should be fine. Which bank?

I would be using my Td savings account for the bank account and the credit card will be from CIBC which is my family members. Would that interfere or cause any problems for receiving/sending through my savings account? Also. would that cause linkage with my own personal payal?


If you can help me with these questions would be much appreciated. thank you

Just want to confirm this is fine above before creating an paypal account using my family members' info, credit card but using my savings account to withdraw and deposit money.^

I have addressed this in older threads of yours for Canadian banks (I think or perhaps other people's posts) - TD and CIBC are fine.

Don't post bumping posts like this so quickly - wait patiently (recommendation)

ok great, just wanted to take extra precaution since the Paypal will be used with a family member's info.

The other family member knows and approves of it's use, right?
