Help me with this weird message from paypal
 

I have a stealth account , i cant transfer money on my card , it worked greatly until few days ago.
This is the message .It's a business account with cc and phone number , what should I do?

Some of the money from your sales could be blocked every month

We remind you that any sales payments you receive for an amount over 400.00 EUR will be temporarily blocked and will only be released when you have fulfilled your orders.....

you will have to fulfill your orders then the money will be released,if it is $400 or more,sounds fair to me

You have a "release amount" on your account. You can get it to go away if you're a good seller for a few months. They're just wanting you to prove yourself as a seller before giving you instant access to all payments you receive.

if OP is dropshipping or arbitraging,he needs the buyer payment ASAP.
It is like a chicken /egg scenario,what comes first,fulfill the order then get your money,but he cant fulfill the order without the money released.

They are digital items, I already sent them the items , I always work greatly with tons of stealth account , this account is 6 months old

I mean they cost less than €400 but sometimes i can arrive to that amount in a couple of days
