How many PayPal accounts per fresh mobile proxy ?
 

I have read about people operating as many as 2 - 10 social media accounts per mobile / residential proxy successfully for years. Does the same apply to PayPal accounts ? Can anyone let me know if they have been able to operate multiple accounts per proxy and how many ?

Best to avoid IP overlap over accounts so the aim is to avoid operating more than 1 account per proxy (assuming the proxy is not a flagged risky IP)

Yes we are assuming here that the proxy being used is 100% legit. Does using a mobile proxy not circumvent the issue of linking IP addresses across accounts because there will multiple legit users of the mobile network using the same IP anyway which you can hide amongst ? Isn't there something like 50 or users assigned to a given mobile IP address at a given time ?

As far as I know you can't be assigned the same IP, you can get a different IPV6 probably than other users, I wouldn't recommend using the same IP for more than 1 Paypal
