Service for releasing a permanently banned account?

Hi guys,
Yes, I know you all will tell me to simply open a new account. But my business has a very old webshop and eBay store which I really don't want to change, just to be able getting paid with PayPal.

My account was suspended because of what PayPal thought was prohibited goods sold. I have the documents to show them wrong, but I need some one with the experience of writing a letter, and one that knows PayPal's weak points.

You can't restore banned paypal or ebay, as far as I know.
For Paypal, normally after up to 180 days, you receive an email letting you know that your funds are available for withdrawal.

This is not amazon where they ask for docs you send the docs and you get reinstated. Paypal is absolutely NOT trustworthy

Then you can submit whatever documents they requested. There's no secret way of writing to a bunch of monkeys unlike amazon.

If it doesn't work out, you can make a new PP and attach that to your current eBay account. This is not going to be a permanent fix as both accounts can be suspended in hours or years.
