It must be one of most common topics in the community!

I got a paypal account locked with 800 USD balance in it. I know its hard to get it unlocked.

PayPal asked me to submit these!

I do not have any of them to submit it was stealth account.

My question is.. As you see this account is not Permanently locked yet. WIll i be able to withdraw the balance after 6 months?

If not!

How can i get the account permanently limited to withdraw the fund after 6 months.

Or what should i do?

Do you have the credit card statement? It's asking for either 2 documents or that 1 I mentioned,.

Oeps and ID... ugh... this is tough

Only thing you can do is give them what they want, but even then it's really not a guarantee.

so make sure you have a bank account attached to the account already and start making new stealth accounts right now to build

if you don't wanna try to send a photoshopped ID and can't confirm card or send statement then you can withdraw after 180 days, but you need to link a bank from the same country where your account is made and most banks work even with mismatched names since it's stealth account.

In most cases, you should have access to finds in 6 months - there are cases of PP holding funds indefinitely for violations of ToS....hopefully you're not selling risky items...?
