Will PayPal ever open their phone support again? How can such a large organisation not have phone support or people working from home on the phones!!

They do have chat support though.

i couldn't find the option to chat with them in Canada paypal - I need to add bank account manually - can you suggest what to do? thanks

try their social media handles, they usually answer pretty quickly there
