Authentication Required
 

When i try and log into paypal its saying that authentification is required.

Its saying that they will call me on xxx phone number which i don't have access too. Where they will give me a number to enter into the keypad.

There is no option to add a different number anywhere.

Anyone had this issue? Is there a way around it?

The best thing to do is ring them and explain that the number is no longer active and they will let you update it to a new number

or try to check the paypal payment fro your ebay sales and it should log you in

Chat with paypal and say You are not getting any text message, trick them they have problems in there system, they will send you password reset code on email, once you logged in then change mob no.

Hey,

Its Easy Try to check out with a website after that open new tab and it will let you in then change or use app authentication for verification.

This is no longer working. I tried today and at checkout window it asks for phone code too

the quick security check where they ask you to enter the code usually goes away if you wait for a few days or a week.

and then you will be able to login and then go to settings and change phone number.

during the waiting time, you're not supposed to login as far as I know.

I don't know if you're talking about the quick security check here or something else.

Did u login from different device/user agent than usual? as the first dude said ring them and SE them that your phone was lost and ask them to change it for you etc.
