VBA for verifocation paypal

I have a paypal account with a balance of $980 but it has not been verified, and it can't send money before verification, is there any good VBA suggestion for us paypal?

If youre talking about a US based paypal acct adding a VBA (which is NOT sold here) will not resolve the issue.
The ONLY way to get the ability to send payments from existing balance is to verify the SSN and DOB of the account. And before you ask - nobody here can assist with that and it is highly illegal.
