Not receiving sms

I am creating a new PP account and when I added the phone number for the creation of the account I never received the verification sms. Tried 3 times to receive a new code and it never came. Now it says I cannot receive verification code at this time and to try again later.
Has anyone experienced this when creating a new account?
This has never happened before to me, any advise on the issue?

What country paypal are you opening? What service are you using?
Yes Ive seen this happen before. Sometimes its a glitch but that's rare. Sounds more like something in your setup.

Bulgarian PP with Bulgarian prepaid phone number. Never had an issue until they added this new confirmation via sms before the start of the creating the PP acc. I have always received sms from PP with these prepaid cards.

paypal was having delays recently sending sms etc

just try to do that after one day, try to use different browser. It is a bug - happens sometimes
