Been a while since making a new canadian paypal..

I had a free app to get paypal code sent over phone now it needs to be via text?

Also now they wont accept tangerine bank accounts?

Anyone else having these issues? Any easy fix for this ****?

No clue what you’re talking about..
Theres no money stuck anywhere, im trying to make a new paypal account and noticed the text message change and they wont add my bank... I see a lot with this issue also right now..

I used Tangerine in the past with no issues but that was several years ago.
Plenty of banks in Canada though. Just open accts with one of the big 5 and use those. Simple and easy enough to get done.
Ans for a phone number get a burner. Itll cost you a few dollars but will work. free apps don't work for paypal - havnt for quite some time.

What free app are you speaking about OP?

I haven't tried Tangerine bank in years either

Paypal finally allowed me to add bank account.
Ive been able to avoid burners for so long but i think now that text is required I’ll have to. Cant wait till i never need paypal again.
