Creating paypal in EU without mobile number help !!!

Hello,

İ want to create paypal in bulgaria but i dont have mobile number to get verification sms at signing up. So how can i create paypal account without sms verification.

Are there any tricks ?

No i cant, i tried to create bulgarian paypal with ukranian number, paypal limited immediately

For bulgaria, there is no sms receiving numbers. All just usefull getting voice call.
