Paypal continues Holding money after tracking says delivered.
 

The money is still on hold. All other items have had money released after tracking says delivered.

I messaged them on there chat service and the agent mentioned some crap about a rolling reserve (PayPal holding 10% of your funds for a period of time) and then said my money would be available on November 15.

Which is 21 days after the sale. So basically just putting me on a 21 day hold. NOT a rolling reserve which is hold like 10-20% of the money.

I'm trying to phone in to get it done manually they said I should get a call back between 2 hours.

I think you should stop pestering them....

They are not required to release the money before 21 days, usually they do, but not 100% of the time

They say on there website that they will release within 1 day of being delivered and its been 3 days.

It could be 21 days,sometimes 30 days.
What did you sell and whom you sold to and how he paid you and your own reputation,and where did you sell and when did you sell
