Factory reseted phone
 

Hello,
So a year ago i used my phone to access paypal account that since got limited.
I made a new account with all the new info (email, phone number, name, address etc etc)
On my phone i did a factory reset (completely wiped all the data on the phone) and i changed my mobile provider (different mobile number so also a different mobile internet provider).
Is there any way paypal connects my new account with the old account over that same phone (even if i wiped the whole device and changed phone provider?) or am i supposed to buy a new phone aswell, since i will be accessing paypal only over that phone.

I think you are ok, and don't use the app, use the web browser when you do this

Thank you very much. I read on multiple places about not using the paypal app, any particular reason why is that?

it has a LOT of spy ware for PP basically. All apps are like this... you use them they provide info to the company.

PS: don't forget to put a country flag of your residence

I understand, i wont use that paypal app anymore.
Btw, i heard you should make and verify your paypal account, and then let it "age" (just do nothing with an account) for a month or two before starting receiving transaction, but it doesn't really make much sense. Isn't aging supposed to mean doing some small transactions on the account, or should i really just let my account sit there for 2 months doing absolutely nothing?

Thank you for the answer rsot. So i don't have to let my account sit there doing nothing at all, i can start with small transactions few days after the account is opened?
