Stealth PayPal Payment Problem
 

Hi, I created a stealth pp a few days ago which is not on my original address and phone. Also, it is not verified with Vcc and SSN. Today I sent money to that newly created pp to check whether it receives the money without any issue or not but there was an option of ''Accept Payment" when I clicked on that it asks for date of birth and SSN which I don't have. Then I refunded to the sender. So, my question is that can I receive money without that error directly after its verification with VCC only? Because I'm going to buy a VCC, therefore, I wanted to confirm how to solve this issue. Thanks

There's no getting around this. We haven't been able to spend or use the balance in USA Paypals for about 2 years now. The only thing you can do without SSN verification is withdraw all funds that come in.

You'd have to upgrade your account to a "paypal cash" account by verifying your SSN in order to do anything with the balance. It's not possible on stealth accounts. Adding a VCC or whatever has nothing to do with it and will not change anything.

Then no one is providing SSN service here? Because I want to buy VCC but now you cleared that without SSN it means nothing.

You obviously never read the stealth guide then.

Because MOST of us here NEVER used SSN on our accounts and.

I encourage you to actually read the guide and learn the foundation.

You could just attach a bank account and withdraw your money.. if you're really in USA.

They have their own obstacles to get around but they're easier to work with than USA accounts.
