The object of my game is to get money OUT of Paypal as quickly and safely as possible , not put it in...

And there is no such thing as "without the risk of limitations" , any money that is in Paypal is subject to being held , no matter where it comes from. Paypal doesnt care whose money it is , as far as they are concerned its their money :)

tried to upload $50 to my paypal using money pak, took me to green dot page and asked personal info plus ss# ......would not let me add $$ without ss#

Must be something new they are putting the clamps on.....
