My account was temporary limited at all times. what do i do for this cases. I cant
Withdraw money from PayPal
Receive money or payments
Send money or payments
Refund money to customers
Pay using PayPal
Close PayPal account
Remove a card
Remove bank account

I can only
Add money to PayPal account
Add bank account
Add a card
Update your profile
Display PayPal logos on site or auction
Convert currencies

Can you guys tell me what to do? Even paypal decline my request. its been 3 months. they said. (Your account access is temporarily limited

When they 'temporarily' limited it means it is limited until you provide them with the docs theyre requesting.
If you do NOT provide them with those docs the acct will never reinstated and will remain limited for good.

Please provide paypal what they are requesting, if there is no money in the account, i'd just let it go. You'll need to find services that will help you,or get creative yourself. Welcome to the forums, best of luck, there is a lot to read!

What docs did you give? Was these asked for?

Upload a photo ID
Provide information on account activity
Provide proof of fulfilment
Provide purchase receipt from your supplier

If legit account, just wait it out or get a progress update on live chat. Phone/message may be slower.

I had to ring them earlier - I submitted docs over a month ago and they still hadn't replied....so the lady I spoke to sent me a message within the acc along with a link for resubmitting my docs and told me she'd personally check them within 72 hr

Just explain what it is... " i sold an item on ebay, i shipped it, tracking is on the transaction"

so here's the deal whenever they question people like this... a lot of times no matter what they usually still deny it. It;s ridiculous.

My advice while you work on this is to fire up extra stealth accounts so you can get something going in the mean time and with the mindset of replacing the account with the new ones.

how to provide Provide information on account activity? can you some one give us sample.

my account activities as follows,

I'm dropping jewelry from china.
i sell the using ebay flat foam.
I always use china post. ( standard shipping only)
I process the customer orders with in 3 days,

but i still not understand how to arrange those points. because i not clever to English language. can you help to how to arrange these points correctly with out any violation of paypal policy.

If, for example, you have sold something on ebay:

You could either take screenshots of the order (of eBay), plus screenshots of the shipping/posting receipt (Make sure it shows buyers name/address when screenshotting) Also, if possible, take a screenshot of the item delivered. That's if you sent the item with tracking etc

You may need to ask them for the upload link to send them several documents/pictures etc (as I know when I have had to do a similar thing, I were only able to upload 1 document)

You might want to ring them mind. As I mentioned the other day I had to ring them due to #the documents I have had to upload (changing nickname to official name), alas the lady told me she personally would sort it out etc within 72hrs...low and behold - NOTHING!!

So don't worry too much if they are going at a snail pace....it could possibly be due to this stupid apparent 'pandemic' etc....

PS: I have the upload link if you need it - be quicker than waiting for PP to pull their finger(s)out!!

I have just reread your post - china shipping (standard)

Therefore has the seller received the item etc or raised a complaint?

If he has received it, it might be worth while asking him to put it in writing....PP are as thick as eBay (sorry to be so blunt!)

If this is the upload the docs link to Paypal you want to share, make sure your account name is not attached to the document. Sometimes it may show. Just saying.

Is this issue solved? Kind of having the same issue. They said we asked you some information but you haven't submitted it even though they have never asked me the information in the first place!
