PayPal asking for bank statement. What can I do if I have a stealth VCC?
 

I have been using this PP acc for a couple of months and it looks I reached the threshold , so once I was sending the funds over to my other accounts out of the sudden got this message :

We've noticed that some activity in your account might be potentially risky. To understand this better, we need some information from you.

Until we've received your information, some features in your account will be limited. You'll be able to regain access to these features once you've provided the information we've requested.

Upload a photo ID
Provide information on account activity
Provide information on account activity
Provide credit card statement
VISA x-

Can they actually know the bank issuer by the card number?
And how can I provide those with a stealth

All you can do at this time is get creative with a bank statement that has the VCC number on it, along with the stealth info.

Thank you , this is what I am working on now
My only concern I do not know what bank issued VCC - so do they have any way to find it by the card number ? Or they do not go so deep

In all honesty, I don't know IF they check, but you have to also remember is that there' probably a handful of people checking thousands of documents, for 8 hrs straight.....and in most cases I assume they have a limited time to either accept or deny the document. I don't think PayPal is spending time verifying every document, but I'm only taking an educated guess.

Yes, they can check and will verify the issuer bank of that card, so you must include that bank on the Statement!... just search on google how to verify BIN of cards and will info about how to know which bank issued that card.

That doesn't look like the typical 2.5k hard limit check. Sounds like a limitation triggered by the transfer to your other accounts. Be careful if they ban this one they may link the others. I would leave this dormant and not provide docs.

What is 2.5k hard limit check? I've sent thousands from account to account. So far no limits. Recently i send 500-1500 a week on an account i have. Perhaps because it's old and secure.

It's the EU receiving limit that is being referred to. Relevant to EU and UK accounts - not US.
