Can we close restricted PayPal
 
I have a USA PayPal with the following error.

Can we close it permanently? I'm unable to close this.

You cannot close it due to possible pending transactions, refund, charge backs etc.

This message means it's already closed permanently.
I have seen that you just had less than 1 USD on that account.
Just leave it.

it may be closed but not forgotten,Paypal never remove any account,open or closed,as well as the bank accounts and cards linked to those accounts

I dont think you can remove any ,and you cannot use it again in another account

i received the same message, after 18 years with them....they didn't even tell me why. i have no dispute or anything.....they are holding over 3k also! all legit info.
