Making payment with banned account's credit card

Hi

My PayPal has been suspended. Now I'm using my wife's PayPal to make and receive payments. But she doesn't have a credit card to make payments so my question is what if I put my own credit card in my name on her PayPal and make payment? Will it cause a risk?

Have you used the credit card on your suspended paypal before? If so, you can't reuse

No because it is a new virtual credit card. So never used on PayPal before. But I don't want to change the name on the card as PayPal Form asks me to fill in the credit card information. If I leave it in my wife's name but the card number and expiration etc not changed. Will it still work?

And there is one more problem. It is a turkey based credit card. My wife has a double citizenship that's why she uses PayPal from a country in Europe but I'm Turkish.
