New account instantly limited
 

So I created a uk business account today and received an email instantly saying “you can’t send or transfer money” it goes on to say follow the steps in the resolution center. It may have been a glitch because I received 4 of the same email within ten seconds and when I log into the account there is no limitation or steps to follow which makes me think it’s a glitch.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes mate, went into the resolution center and there’s nothing. I just created a different one and it’s done it again. Very strange

Is it an all above board acc?

If so, ring them...as I do know 3 other people with similar problems - apparently a glitch in their system

I rang them today and they said there’s no limitation. It’s probably just a glitch but still worth double checking. It never showed the limitation in the account or resolution center, I just had an email at the exact moment of creating the account. Fingers crossed.
