Aged Paypal Accts with 0 Transactions > New Paypal accounts?
 

Sorry if this has been covered, couldn't find anything that answered my question specifically.

Recently I've had a bunch of Paypals become limited and I want to attach aged Paypal accounts (>1 year, no transactions) to the working Ebay's. I know this is a temp fix but that's fine - it'll hold me over while I make new stealths.

The aged Paypal accounts are created a year ago and I forgot/never used them. So they have 0 transaction history. I'm wondering is this in any way "safer" than using a new Paypal created yesterday? By safer, can I receive 2-3 payments out of the blue, after a year, instead of 1 (like on a brand new just created Paypal)?

ofc it much better than just few days old stealth account but still it keep it going slow till you get like few thousands $

A 0-transaction aged account is no more safer to use than a brand new account with zero transactions. Running money through your account is what builds trust and makes it strong.

That's a lot slower than I would go but I guess it's better to be safe than sorry. :noidea:

I have had a PP rep mention a few years ago while reinstating such an account for me how a PP account can be flagged because it appears to be a "reserve" or "stockpiled" account that was taken out of storage. So I guess it's good to know that they have a flag designation for just that type of account.
