(TIN) does not match IRS records problem
 

hi guys.
I receive a message with my stealth paypal account

Action required: A combination of your name and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) does not match IRS records. Currently, you cannot close your account. To avoid further limitations on your account, please submit updated W-9 information by Dec , 2020.

I dont have any number except my xxxx SSN

what should i do about this ?

Can't use a XXXX SSN - that's illegal.

You can apply for TIN on IRS site last I checked

is stealth paypal legal ? I ask it because i m so amateur on it.
Actually i cant apply to IRS bcause im not live in US

Your account is dead. Trying to give a made up SSN to Paypal cannot possibly work because it will be rejected by the IRS like has happened to you. There is no possible way you can correct the tax info on your account because you gave them info which doesn't exist.

I'd advise you give up on this account and start working with a Paypal from literally any other country than the US.
