I no longer have access to my phone number -- HOW do I access my old paypal?
 

Hey everyone,

can anybody help me out -- how can i contact paypal when I can't login to my account due to expired phone number?

I need to be logged in in order to contact them, but I can't login because my phone is no longer accessible. So I need to change the phone number...

It's an infinite loop... :doh:

You can contact PayPal trough email or Twitter and explain. Or you can workaround prompting a purchase from eBay UK or another UK website. Then when in PayPal add a new number without making it primary or deleting the old one.

Search from a pc on Google "PayPal contact email" one of the first results has to be their page where there is a form to contact them without logging in.

Nope, if it was that easy, that you could 'google it' -- i would've done it already. :)

Actually it works, just checked it. This is what the page says:

Just below this there is text saying: I can't log in or I don't have an account
Click this
