Paypal holds the withdraw payment for 24 hours. Alarm?
 

Today I want withdraw my money to my bank. But the paypal holds the withdraw payment for 24 hours... Well it happens.

I have the feeling from my experience... its not a good signal. What always waits for me is restriction or bad things.

Does anyone here has the same experience?

Dont stress about it. We just had black friday and cyber monday so it's expected this week.

There usually isn't payment holds on personal payments (Friends and family). There's a chance that payment which you have received, is under review and it typically takes 24 hours for the review to complete. They’ll should release it once they confirm the right person sent it

the longest they held my withdrawal was 48 hours, so I wouldn't worry about it.

This is even on a 10 + year old account.

It doesn't matter. I faced this many time and the withdraw will be completed within 3-4 business days

Nope. It happened on my other old stealth pp. This pp is new with new phone number and IP adress.

The best way to withdraw funds is to wait a few days in between and not draw attention to your account.

The first 8 months I had a set pattern to withdraw etc

These days I'm sloppy ... It's all to do with trust and your performance as a seller.

Well depends if you continue to get this for a longer period of time then any slight issue like one or two chargebacks could easily result in a permanent ban or at least a limitation so be cautious

we have become rather spoiled to withdraw our money immediately or same day.
Most buyers use their credit cards ,it takes overnite to collect the money from his cc issuer,so 24 hours hold is very reasonable given this time of the year and the fraud cases.
link a credit card to your PAYPAL account helps,having a FUNDNOW account would allow you to withdraw immediately .
if you can withdraw same day,Paypal is advancing you the money interest free

Most payment from the buyer are f&f. I dont think thats the problem...

I keep the money for few days in the account. The Problem is I cant send payment anymore... I dont know how long this problem will be...

I can share one methode from me... I used it few months ago.

Just keep send 1 Euro payment to other pp account and withdraw it. It works for me. But I just want know what cause the problem that I cant send payment ? Do you know it?

EU has some requirements,once you exceeded receiving X eURo dollars,do you have to submit some documents?
