Suing PayPal UK

So they have refused to released funds so I sent a letter to PayPal UK and they responded saying that they have no jurisdiction over funds being released and that it is PayPal europe and to contact them via help and send message on PayPal however they ignored the last one for weeks and then replied saying 'we believe we've already handled the account'
Has anyone took PayPal UK to a claims court?What was the outcome.and.any advice?

was it a stealth account, what were you selling and how much they holding?

I have seen few post where people taking paypal to small claim court and have won, if it a substantial amount go for it

If it's a couple of grand will be worth taking them to small claims just for closure at least knowing you did all you could.
